Bacon, Pepperoni & Olive Mini Pizza

Ingredients

8 Arnott’s Sao biscuits
6 teaspoons tomato pasta sauce or tomato paste
1 rasher bacon, rind removed, chopped
16 thin slices pepperoni salami
8 pitted kalamatta  or black olives
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200°C.
  • Spread 1 ½ teaspoons tomato pasta sauce  or paste on top of each Sao biscuit. Place onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper or aluminium foil.
  • Top each Sao with chopped bacon, 2 slices pepperoni and an olive. Sprinkle over mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and melted.
