Ham & Mushroom Sao Pizza's

Ingredients

8 Arnott’s Sao biscuits
6 tsp tomato pasta sauce or tomato paste
2 tsp dried oregano leaves
4 thin slices ham, quartered
6 button mushrooms, thinly sliced
2 tsp finely chopped parsley
½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200°C
  • Spread 1 ½ teaspoons pasta sauce on top of each Sao biscuit. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon dried oregano leaves on top. Place onto a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper or aluminium foil.
  • Top each Sao with ham, mushrooms and then sprinkle over parsley and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is golden and melted. Serve.
