Ingredients
180g butter
400g can condensed milk
1 packet Arnott's Sao Biscuits, crushed
1 packet Arnott's Yo Yo Biscuits or Arnott's Morning Coffee Biscuits, crushed
50g almonds, chopped
200g dried apricots, chopped
Method
Melt butter and condensed milk in a small suacepan over a low heat.
Add in all the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
Place into a lamington tin and top with lemon icing, if desired. Chill in the fridge until set.
