Biscuit Fudge Slice

Ingredients

250g butter
250g sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence or extract
1 x 250g packet Arnott's Milk Arrowroot biscuits, finely crushed

Method

  • Lightly grease and line with non- stick baking papera a slice tin.
  • Place butter and sugar in a saucepan over  low heat and stir until melted. (DO NOT BOIL)
  • Remove from heat and stir in beaten egg, cocoa and vanilla. Stir in finely crushed biscuits. Put into prepared tin then place into the refrigerator for 1 hour until firm. When ready to serve remove from tin then cut into pieces and serve.
