Ingredients
125g butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
2tbs cocoa
2tbs coconut
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup sultanas
1/4 cup crushed nuts
3 cups crushed Arnott's Scotch Finger biscuits
Method
Melt butter in a saucepan, add sugar and cocoa and mix well.
Remove from heat and stir in coconut and egg.
Add sultanas, nuts and crushed biscuits and mix well.
Press into a 20cm square tin and chill.
Top with melted chocolate if desired, and cut into fingers.
