Ingredients
8 Arnott's Butternut Snap Cookies
400g can light condensed milk
250g light cream cheese
Rind and juice of 2 lemons
Method
Crush biscuits. Place in bottom of four ramekins/glass serving dishes.
Combine condensed milk, light cream cheese, lemon juice and rind in a mixing bowl. Mix well for several minutes with hand mixer, till smooth.
Pour mixture equally over crushed biscuits in dishes. Set in fridge for an hour.
To serve, squirt a dollop of light whipped cream on top, garnish with several strawberries and kiwi fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve!
